| Losing Weight By Jumping Rope. | |||||

Rope skipping is a great way to burn some extra
calories. Its not as time consuming as running and
not nearly as tough on your knees. What make
Jumping rope so good is that it engage your full
body more. When you run, you are pumping your arms
and using your abs to hold you upright, but there
is very little work required to do this, because
your body does it all the time when you walk. When
